1 – General
You can shop our product through our online shop. Any attempts of frauds will be reported to the police. SKINS reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout is accepted. SKINS holds the right to have minor deviations related how material, color, weight, measurements, or manufacturing, appear on our online shop. This also includes type faults, price and stock changes. All prices excludes GST
2 – Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are sent by our shipping partner depending on the country or state you reside in. You will receive a tracking link along with your Shipping Confirmation. The order will be sent to the address you fill in at the checkout. Price, currency, GST and shipping fee will be adjusted depending on the shipping country.
a. Delivery time and shipping fee
Estimated delivery time is 2-7 working days depending on shipping country or state. Shipping fee will be displayed in checkout before the final payment step.
b. Uncollected packages
We will charge 1000 INR for declined items, e.g. if you refuse to sign or will not pick up the order at your pick-up point. If you change your mind about things you ordered contact our customer service immediately. You still have to collect your package and return it back to us. Damaged goods shall be reported at the pick-up point. If you notice the damage after receiving the package please contact our customer service. When returning it you are responsible for the goods.
c. Customs and import fees
You will be charged all costs for customs and import fees to your selected shipping country, make sure you understand what rules and fees apply by contacting relevant authority or local Shipping branch.
3 – Payment
You have the following options:
– Credit card (Mastercard/VISA/American Express/Rupay)
– All Indian Wallets & UPI
When using credit card you pay immediately at checkout. When the package arrives you pick it up at your local pick-up point. All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. SKINS reserves the right to cancel, hold on to or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. SKINS can also demand you to confirm the order separately by mail sent to the invoice address before your order is delivered.
4 – Returns and complaints
INDIAN law is applied, according to the right of reclamation and returns see homepage for more information. You have the right to return a product and get a full refund or exchange the product, within 24 HRS from ordering the goods. If you change your mind about a product you have to contact our customer service within this time. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with all labels and tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.

5 – Refunds
You will receive your refund via the same payment method as when you placed your order. It may take up to 7 days before the money reaches your account. a. Faulty goods
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. For faulty items SKINS will make a full refund to you, including for return shipping, as soon as possible. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund including for shipping and return. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
6 – Security

SKINS co-operate with our payment gateways for redemption of credit card payments. According to INDIAN law SKINS has to have your approval before handling your personal information. These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or with the use of the website or with any purchase on the website shall be governed by INDIAN law.
